BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Booking Conditions and Website Terms & Conditions outline the rights and obligations of both parties and should be carefully read and understood. We are committed to fair trading and strive to ensure that your holiday with us is enjoyable and memorable.
CONTRACT
The client named on the booking agrees to the Terms & Conditions of the booking on behalf of all individuals listed, having read and accepted these terms. The client consents to Hotel-reservationdesk.com using their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorized to disclose personal information, such as passport details, health, dietary requirements, and any applicable disability, to complete the booking. The client must be over 18 years of age, reside in the UK, and ensure that all persons listed meet any age restrictions. The client is responsible for full payment on behalf of all individuals listed. Hotel-reservationdesk.com acts as an agent for hotel/bed bank suppliers when you purchase a hotel booking. Your contract for the hotel will be with the relevant hotel supplier, each of which has its own terms and conditions. If booking by telephone, a contract is formed when Hotel-reservationdesk.com accepts your booking, receives full payment, and issues a confirmation invoice.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS AMENDMENT BY YOU
To amend or cancel your booking, contact Hotel-reservationdesk.com at 0203 474 6135. Amendments are subject to the availability and restrictions of the relevant hotel. Payment card fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable. An administration fee applies to any amendments or cancellations. Specific fees for your bookings are outlined in the table below:

Hotel-reservationdesk.com reserves the right to cancel a booking if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. Efforts will be made to contact you using the provided contact information. If contact is not possible, Hotel-reservationdesk.com may cancel the booking without liability. Necessary changes to your booking may be made at the request of the supplier/hotel or due to unavoidable circumstances, usually of a minor nature and communicated in advance. For significant changes beyond our control, Hotel-reservationdesk.com will provide the best available alternative without offering compensation.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Hotel-reservationdesk.com is fully committed to protecting your personal data. Information provided is shared only with necessary service providers and organizations essential to your booking. Information may be shared with security and credit checking organizations when necessary to prevent fraud. Data protection regulations are followed, though, in destinations outside the European Economic Area (EEA), data protection controls may not be as strong. The company does not provide services to certain countries, and the list of sanctioned countries is provided.
PAYMENTS
Cheque payments should be made payable to "Hotel-reservationdesk.com/HOTELS/FLIGHTS" A/C. If multiple guests are involved, the client in whose name the booking is made is responsible for all payments. Deposits are non-refundable.
PASSPORTS/VISAS/HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with passport, visa, and health requirements for the intended countries of visit and transit. All countries require a passport valid for at least 6 months from arrival. Visa and health requirements should be verified with embassies or consulates. Hotel-reservationdesk.com is not responsible for boarding denials or deportations due to inadequate documentation.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation, loss of luggage, and health issues. Local taxes, such as stay-tax or tourist-tax, must be paid directly. Meals are not included in bookings unless specified. Hotel quality may vary between countries despite similar ratings. Star ratings are determined by the supplier. Services are subject to availability. Unused travel arrangements do not result in refunds. Clients are responsible for any damage or loss and must pay for such incidents directly to the accommodation owner or manager.
SANCTIONED COUNTRIES
We want to make it clear that we do not provide any travel-related services to individuals or entities associated with certain countries due to international sanctions. These sanctioned countries include Sudan, South Sudan, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea region (Simferopol and Sevastopol), Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson. We are bound by international regulations and restrictions and are unable to offer our services to individuals or entities linked to these countries. Please be aware of these limitations when considering our services.
ATOL PROTECTION
When you purchase an ATOL protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday, you will receive an ATOL Certificate detailing financial protection. The services listed on the ATOL Certificate or suitable alternatives will be provided by us or the suppliers identified. In case of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide services without additional cost. If no alternative ATOL holder is available, you can make a claim under the ATOL scheme or with your credit card issuer. In cases of non-provision of services due to insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may provide a payment or benefit. You agree to assign any claims related to non-provision of services to these Trustees.
